Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat rate of £3. We do not offer a next day order delivery service. All Apex Ability Gear is hand printed to order and shipping timescales are “after printing.” All delivery timescales are subject to carrier T&C’s. Parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Please allow 14-28 working days for products to arrive. Embroidery may take longer so allow up to 40 days. If an item is found to be out of stock after or initial purchase, there may be a slight delay while it is back ordered ready for printing. All information asked for must be filled in precisely and accurately. Apex Ability Gear Ltd will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or wrong contact details. Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. Packages will be posted to the address given on checkout, Apex Ability Gear Ltd is not responsible for incorrectly inputted information. Please check PayPal for delivery details as these can sometimes change during checkout. Apex Ability Gear Ltd is not responsible for any damage to products during transit with the delivery carrier. Please make sure you check the products before accepting/signing for your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH US BEFORE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS. PLEASE EMAIL US ON admin@apexabilitygym.co.uk AND WE WILL GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO.

Returns are accepted and full refund minus shipping will be given via the original payment method. If you need to return a product purchased from Apex Ability Gear Ltd then you have 5 working days after delivery to do so. The returned product must be unworn and in a re-sellable state. Any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also be returned. All products should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Once the returned products have been received the products will be examined for any wear. Any marks or stains including make-up marks will forfeit your refund. Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of return delivery for a refund. U.D or User Defined products cannot be exchanged or refunded. No exchanges are accepted for online orders. If you purchased in person at our shop then you can return to us for an exchange once the product has been accepted it’s in an unworn state. This return policy does not affect your legal rights.
