If an item is found to be out of stock after or initial purchase, there may be a slight delay while it is back ordered ready for printing. Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. Returns are accepted and full refund minus shipping will be given via the original payment method. If you need to return a product purchased from Apex Ability Gear Ltd then you have 5 working days after delivery to do so. The returned product must be unworn and in a re-sellable state. Any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also be returned. All products should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Once the returned products have been received the products will be examined for any wear. Any marks or stains including make-up marks will forfeit your refund. Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of return delivery for a refund. U.D or User Defined products cannot be exchanged or refunded. No exchanges are accepted for online orders. If you purchased in person at our shop then you can return to us for an exchange once the product has been accepted it’s in an unworn state. This return policy does not affect your legal rights.
